Harwood Hospitality Group’s eleventh concept, Poco Fiasco, will open its doors this fall at 2828 N. Harwood St, Dallas, TX 75201 in the Harwood District. The pizza and martini concept will bring elevated pizza combinations to Dallas as well as a robust martini program. The menu will feature a broad range of Brooklyn-inspired pizzas yet unmistakably a style born in Dallas.

Warren Richards, VP of Harwood Hospitality Group says, “The Harwood District offers a wide range of special culinary experiences and Poco Fiasco will be the perfect addition providing guests with mouthwatering, high-quality pizzas and an elevated drink program to pair.”

Poco Fiasco’s pizzas feature large, foldable slices and a crispy outer crust. Standout pizzas on the menu include the Quattro Formaggi – mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, roasted garlic, oregano; The Texan – HWD brisket, house bbq sauce, cheddar, pickled red onion, ranch-cotta; Grandma’s Margherita – focaccia style with tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil; and Bacon & Egg – smoked mozzarella, bacon marmalade, roasted tomatoes, cracked eggs, arugula.

In addition to pizza, Poco Fiasco offers classic Italian starters with a twist such as Calamari – lemon thyme butter, pickled peppers, black garlic aioli, marinara; Garlic Knots – whipped ricotta, parmesan cheese; Beef Tartare – shallot, caper, egg, aioli, anchovy, flatbread. Guests can also expect craveable entrees including a variety of sandwiches such as The Italian Panino as well as classic dishes like the Chicken Parm.

The cocktail menu melds upscale classic martinis with the restaurant’s own brand of Texas charm, featuring versions of a Vesper and Sidecar as well as colorful and unique versions of the Espresso Martini and The Cosmopolitan. Guests can also choose to customize their martini with the Build-Your-Own martini program which offers a wide variety of vodka, gin, vermouth and olive options to experiment with.

The 3,332 square foot space with seating for 68 inside and 86 on the patio is nestled on the quaint La Rue Perdue in the Harwood District near Harwood Arms and Elephant East. The restaurant will also feature a walkup window for to-go orders with a pizza by-the-slice menu.

“Poco Fiasco’s central location within the District lines up with its welcoming atmosphere for any guest or type of celebrations in Harwood. The confident interiors of Poco Fiasco are a clash of relaxed sophistication with a rowdy elegance that continue onto the covered patio,” said Melinda Clark, HDF Interior Design Studio Manager. “Just like its martinis, with every sip and every visit you’ll notice something new – especially if you look up at the custom whimsical illustration. The unique installation perfectly ties together all the experiences within the Harwood District.”

Poco Fiasco will be open this fall for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
