HARWOOD NO. 14 RECOGNIZED FOR FURTHER ELEVATING ONE OF DALLAS’ HOTTEST OFFICE DISTRICTS

The latest addition to Harwood International’s booming district between Uptown and Victory Park is its tallest yet and an example of the continued vitality of the central Dallas office market.
Construction of the 27-story Harwood No. 14 office tower wrapped up in June 2023. Even before the building opened, more than three-quarters of its 360,000 square feet were leased.
The project joined a district with more than 5 million square feet of office, residential and retail space — a vibrant hub for office and mixed-use space.
Tower tenants such as apartment investor S2 Capital and law firm Haynes and Boone started moving in last summer, later joined by another law firm, O’Melveny & Myers.
The project has a park-like terrace on the 12th floor and a couple of new Harwood Hospitality Group restaurants on the ground floor.
The project team included architecture and design firms Kengo Kuma & Associates and Corgan as well as Harwood’s in-house design and construction management teams. That same team will build the 23- story Harwood No. 15, another office tower, which was announced at the end of 2023.
