LAW FIRM HEADS TO DALLAS’ UPTOWN AREA FROM NORTH DALLAS WITH NEW OFFICE LEASE
A Philadelphia-based law firm is moving its North Texas office from the suburbs to a tower in Dallas’ Uptown area.
Fox Rothschild LLP has rented a block of office space in the Saint Ann Court tower on Harry Hines Boulevard just north of downtown Dallas.
The office high-rise is part of developer Harwood International’s mixed-use Harwood District, which stretches from Olive Street to near the entrance of the Dallas North Tollway.
Fox Rothschild is moving from the Lincoln Centre complex on LBJ Freeway to more than 19,000 square feet in Saint Ann Court.
The more than century-old Pennsylvania law firm expanded to North Texas in 2014 when it merged with local firm David & Goodman.
“We could not be more proud to be a part of the phenomenal growth and success of Fox,” Dallas managing partner Clint David said in a statement. “It is an honor to help create, build and grow the Fox Rothschild brand, culture and footprint in Dallas, not just for now but for generations to come.
“Our move to Saint Ann Court, one of the hottest buildings in the hottest area of Dallas, is a huge step toward that goal.”
Hannah Waidmann and Kelly Whaley of Harwood International negotiated the lease with Robert Blount of JLL and Phil Puckett of CBRE.
Saint Ann Court opened in 2009 and is almost fully leased.
It’s part of the 18-city block Harwood District, a more than $3 billion office, retail and residential development.
