With many condos, less is more. After all, it’s typically a home for singles or down-sizers. You don’t need all the trappings of a single-family house. But if you are interested in a sky-high mansion, then you might want to take a look at Unit 2505 in the Bleu Ciel condominium. If you’re not, voyeurism is always in vogue.

“It’s hard to find a condo this size,” listing agent Brad Freeman says of the 7,169-square-foot residence. That’s because it’s actually four separate units that the owner, poker player Rick Salomon, combined into one massive, two-story condo. The home has two primary suites, two living rooms, two laundries, two kitchens, a media room, four balconies, and more. There are four gas fireplaces, Toto toilets, and Miele appliances in the kitchens. Salomon designed it “to where everyone will be comfortable,” Freeman says. “Everyone has their own space.”

The condo, which currently is the largest unit in the Bleu Ciel skyrise, is split across the 24th and 25th floors. Salomon designed the upstairs to be for him and close friends. “The top floor is really his floor, if you will,” Freeman says. It has the owner’s primary suite, plus two extra bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and laundry. There are balconies off the living room and the primary suite, which has a TV that comes down from the ceiling “in order to not block his views.”

The downstairs is almost identical to the 25th floor. It has its own kitchen and living area, a poker/game room, a guest suite, and another primary suite. There’re are only two bedrooms down here, though. The third bedroom is now a media room with 4K projectors, surround sound, and suede walls for noise. The downstairs, says Freeman, is meant to be more of the entertaining space, separate from the living quarters upstairs.

It’s a lot of home for anyone. But if the actual condo isn’t enough for you, don’t worry. “The amenities are second to none,” Freeman says.

The staple is the building’s Junior Olympics-sized pool and jacuzzi on the sixth floor, which overlook the city. There’s a wine tasting room, full gym, and two conference rooms. The residents-only spa includes a steam room, sauna, and a heated soaking club. The building concierge can also arrange for services, like a masseuse, to come in.

Each unit comes with a private garage—complete with a garage door. Because Unit 2505 is technically four units—it can park up to eight cars. You don’t have schlep with parking your own car, however. The building’s 24/7 valet will do it for you, and they’ll bring your groceries up, too. “They’ll do pretty much anything under the sun,” Freeman says. If you don’t want to drive, you can order a club car. The car is like a “a high-end golf cart,” Freeman says, and will ferry you anywhere in the Harwood District.

In the heart of the Harwood District, the Bleu Ciel skyrise is just a mile from downtown and has direct access to the Katy Trail. But it’s tucked away from other skyrises, Freeman says, meaning it’s got unobstructed, panoramic views of downtown Dallas. “Being up on the 24th, 25th floor,” he says, “you can really see everything in that area.”

Of course, all of this will cost you. The condo is listed right at $10 million. You’ll also have to fork over $6,749 a month in HOA fees. It’s a bit of a self-limiting market. But we can all scroll through the gallery to see more of the home.
